James Logan is the founder of Springwater Consultants, a business consulting firm based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Before establishing his own business James dedicated 17 years to serving as the Country Manager and Executive Director of a market leading global corporation. During this tenure he led his country's sales team to annually rank as the top performing sales enterprise across more than 50 countries. His accomplishments earned him a reputation as an innovator and strategic expert, establishing him as the world leader in direct business to consumer (B2C) marketing and sales. Proceeding this, James served a further 7 years' operating in the New Zealand and Australian corporate sales market as National Corporate Services Manager.
Before his time in the business world, James spent 14 years as a professional basketball player, coach, fundraiser, promoter, team owner and General Manager. He is a two-time winner of the New Zealand Basketball League ‘Coach of the Year’ and also coached the New Zealand National Women’s team.
